This makes artificial turf a wise choice for elderly men and women, or for those who might not be able to properly maintain their lawn because of physical disability. There is even synthetic grass that is comfortable to walk on, as it is softer and more lush than some real grass thats out there planted.

Artificial turf does have a cost, obviously, as it does cost the new buyer to be able to have the artificial turf properly placed into the yard. But the cost of putting in the synthetic grass is much lower than the long run amount of money that you would have to pay in order to be able to keep your real grass green and beautiful.
